Adelaide Sure Fix provides reactive and planned facility maintenance across metropolitan Adelaide and regional South Australia. We work as a subcontract trade partner to facilities management providers, multi-site retail and hospitality operators, property managers and government agencies.

We are a licensed building contractor (BLD 307134) with 20 staff and a fleet of 15+ vehicles, operating from our own premises at Wingfield. South Australian owned and operated since 2015, with $20 million public liability cover.

Reactive maintenance

Break-fix response across the building fabric — doors, windows, locks, hardware, glazing make-safe, water ingress, damaged fixtures and structural defects.

Priority works attended within 4 Hours across metropolitan Adelaide. After-hours and on-call response available by arrangement, including trading-hours-sensitive works completed outside operating times.

Every job logged, photographed before and after, and closed out to your reporting format.

Planned and programmed maintenance

Scheduled inspection and repair programs across multi-site portfolios, with condition reporting and defect registers. Suited to operators managing a number of sites who want building fabric issues found before they become failures.

Make good and make safe

End-of-lease make good, emergency make safe, and reinstatement works. Scoped, priced and delivered to lease requirements.

Minor works and fit-out

Partition works, second fix carpentry, joinery installation, shopfitting support and small-scale refurbishment. Delivered under head contract or direct.

Compliance works

Fire door supply and installation. Automatic door installation and servicing (Hafele systems). Security and screen door supply and installation.
