Adelaide Sure Fix is a licensed carpentry and property maintenance contractor based at Wingfield, working across metropolitan and greater Adelaide. We’re family owned and have been operating since 2015, with a team of 20 including 15+ tradespeople and a fleet of 15+ vehicles.
We hold builders licence BLD 307134 and ABN 15 642 526 690, and we’re members of the Master Builders Association of South Australia and the Housing Industry Association. Our tradespeople hold Working With Children Checks, which means we can work in schools, childcare, aged care and tenanted properties.
The work ranges from a single door repair to full second fix carpentry packages on multi-unit developments. We build decks and pergolas, repair and replace windows, doors and security screens, fix rotted timber, fascia and gutters, install and certify fire doors, and carry out general building and renovation work. Clients include homeowners, property managers, rental providers, builders and commercial contractors.
Who runs Adelaide Sure Fix
Adelaide Sure Fix is owned and run by Matthew and Alexis Pannowitch. Matt has been a carpenter since 2007. Lex came from commercial construction, starting with Baulderstone in 2011 on the Adelaide Oval Redevelopment, then spending five years as a Contract Administrator with a residential and commercial builder. Between them they’ve built Adelaide Sure Fix from a small maintenance operation into a licensed carpentry and building maintenance contractor working across residential and commercial projects in South Australia.
Our team includes licensed building supervisors, qualified carpenters and apprentices, with backgrounds spanning commercial construction, insurance building and residential renovation. We keep clients informed through every stage of a job.
