Window Repair or Replacement
Frequent use and general wear and tear can affect the way your doors and windows operate, If your sliding door won’t slide, windows won’t stay open or the locks are broken, Sure Fix Maintenance can help. Most existing windows can be repaired, however if it cannot be repaired we can replace. General Maintenance is key to avoiding having to replace windows.

I can’t speak highly enough of Matt from Adelaide Sure Fix. I contacted him and within 25 hours I had booked in a time to come and fix a hole in my wall. Not only did he fix it quickly, he did it so professionally I don’t even know where the hole was anymore! Painted over it for me and offered to come back the next day if the paint didn’t dry the same as what the walls looked. 100% professional, quick and tidy.

- Experience as an Estimator in the construction industry, or a keen interest in starting your career in estimating with some understanding of the industry.
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient project estimates.
- Familiarity with construction processes, project specifications, and cost estimation is ideal.
- A strong willingness to learn and adapt, with a keen interest in developing your skills in Job Management Systems (e.g., ServiceM8, SimPRO), Canva, Microsoft Office, and estimating software.

- Fully qualified Carpenter with supporting evidence – Minimum 5 years of hands-on carpentry experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Current driver’s license and Driver License History Report.
- Valid Industry White Card.
- Strong ability to supervise and manage on-site carpentry projects, ensuring work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and to a high standard.
- Proven experience leading a team of carpenters and apprentices, delegating tasks, and providing guidance.
- Act as a role model and mentor for apprentices by offering hands-on training and support.
- Honest, trustworthy, and committed to fostering a positive, collaborative, and growth-oriented team culture.
- Take pride in your work, consistently delivering outstanding results.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with both colleagues and clients.
- Experience with ServiceM8 (JMS) or Simpro is advantageous; however, a willingness to learn and being tech-savvy is highly desirable for smooth program operation.
- Your own tools (excluding specialized equipment).
- Be prepared to hang a door using your own tools as part of your in-person interview.
