This is Mark! Our Operations Manager — and one of the OGs of Sure Fix.
He started as an apprentice back in 2016, when it was just him and Matt on the tools. That’s also when their bromance began. These days, Mark keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes — coordinating jobs, supporting the crew, and making sure everything runs smoothly.
When he’s not at work, you’ll find him with his amazing partner Lily, their adorable son Percy, or continuing his training to become an Olympic trampolinist.

Yes…. writing about yourself is painfully awkward, but it was about time I introduced myself!
I officially joined the team full-time in 2020, but I’ve been part of the journey since the beginning – juggling numbers, managing mayhem, and making sure nothing (and no one) slips through the cracks.
Starting my career in the construction industry at 21 – 14 years ago now – I’ve worn just about every hat along the way: accounts, estimating, contract admin, site secretary, and even site supervising if needed.
When I’m not in the office, you’ll find me wrangling two small humans, sipping rose, or planning our next reno project….. Just don’t ask me to share my to-do list… it’s terrifying.
