Operations Manager

Mark Davis joined Matt at Sure Fix in 2016, initially working on the tools and quickly proving himself as a valuable and reliable team member. In 2017, he officially signed on as an apprentice carpenter, marking the beginning of a new career path.

Prior to joining Sure Fix, Mark had attempted to pursue a career as an electrician, but after two false starts with unreliable employers, he made the decision to pivot into carpentry – a move that would set him on a far more successful path.

As a mature-aged apprentice, Mark brought with him a strong work ethic, life experience, and a commitment to continuous learning. Working side-by-side with Matt from day one, the pair became known as “The A-Team”, building not just projects, but a solid working partnership built on trust, respect, and shared values.

Today, Mark is the Operations Manager at Sure Fix and a key member of the senior leadership team. He plays an integral role in overseeing day-to-day operations, managing projects, and driving team performance, while continuing to uphold the high standards that Matt and Mark are known for.
