Alexis Pannowitch

Founder

Alexis began her construction career at 21 with Baulderstone on the Adelaide Oval Project in 2011. Starting as a design office secretary, she supported architects, engineers, the Stadium Management Authority (The SMA), and the builders. Her skills led to a promotion as Site Secretary, managing administrative duties on-site for a team of 60+.

In 2013, Alexis joined a growing building company led by a former Adelaide Oval project manager. Starting with a team of five, she handled accounts and admin. Over six years, she expanded her role, gaining experience as a contract administrator, estimator, and executive assistant. She also supervised projects, showing her adaptability and hands-on approach.

After the birth of her first child, Alexis shifted her focus to the family carpentry business, Sure Fix. Since joining full-time in 2020, she’s helped grow the team from three tradesmen and a part-time admin to 15 + employees. Working alongside her husband Matt, she continues to drive the business forward with a focus on growth, efficiency, and team culture.

With a sharp eye for detail and a drive for excellence, Alexis brings expertise in ServiceM8, Xero, Cheops, AP & AR, contract letting, estimating, project management, and site supervision. Her strong grasp of construction enables her to deliver projects on time and within budget, while continually seeking growth in an ever-evolving industry.
